Refund Policy

Refund Policy



You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order.

You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Skin Genius MD is not obliged to resend the order to the correct address at our own expense.


All prices quoted on the Website or pursuant to your enquiry with us are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the Website from time to time and without notice to you.

Our prices do not include transport insurance or any secondary attempts to deliver ordered Products to you.


Skin Genius MD  will accept payment for the Products via credit card payment method .  Please refer to payment providers terms.

After you make payment for your order, you will receive a transaction confirmation email, which confirms receipt of your order.


We process purchases on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in NSW.  If you purchase any of the Products on a non-business day, we will process the purchase on the next business day.

Products Out of Stock

We reserve the right to notify you if a product that you have ordered becomes unavailable. In the event that you order a product from the Website and we later inform you that we no longer stock the product you had originally ordered, we may at our election give you a refund or a store credit for the purchase price.



Shipping within Australia will be via Australia Post, unless agreed otherwise and in which case, additional shipping charges may apply. Standard postage charges apply.

Postage does not include insurance. Please contact us if you require insurance so we can discuss options and any additional costs.


At present we do not currently ship to countries outside of Australia


We cannot guarantee delivery times, however, you should receive your delivery within five (5) days for Australian orders 


Once we have processed and sent your order, you will receive a tracking number. You can then track your order via the Australia Post or Fast Way websites.


Skin Genius MD  may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the Products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.

You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.


Should a Product be missing from an order, please contact us at with the order number and the product code or product name of the Product you ordered, and we will investigate accordingly.


Any return of Products to us by you will be governed in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy.


By agreeing to these Purchase and Shipping terms, you also consent to receive further electronic communications from us in relation to the Skin Genius MD business, including information relating to products, competitions, promotions, special offers and any other commercial message. Skin Genius MD stands behind every product we sell. 

Products purchased at a discounted or sale price can only be returned if defective or if otherwise required by law.

You can return any full priced product within 30 days of purchase if the item is unopened, unused, in as new and saleable condition, provided that you have arranged this in advance with us. To arrange a return, please email You must not attempt to return any products before having first arranged a return with us. Where we accept such returns, you agree to follow any directions regarding postage and packaging in relation to the item in question.

Where your product arrives damaged through delivery, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We may require you to provide us with photographs of the damage for our further assessment. We will liaise with you to discuss the return process for damage that we believe was caused during delivery.

Where you claim a product is defective, unless the law requires us to do otherwise in the circumstances, we will at our election arrange a replacement, give you a store credit for the purchase price or give you a refund, provided that you notify us at of a defective product within 30 days of receipt.

We will be under no obligation to replace products or provide a refund where the product has become of unacceptable quality due to circumstances such as misuse, failure to use in accordance with reasonable instructions, using the product in an abnormal way or failing to reasonably care for the products.

Packaging and Labelling of Products

We endeavour to depict products available for purchase using accurate images of the products. At times, however, products actually delivered may differ in appearance and packaging from their appearance in images and photographs on the Website.

We strive to get your Skin Genius  products out you as quickly and cost effectively as possible.


We will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged return deliveries. We recommend that you return the product to us via Registered Post so that the delivery can be tracked, and that you take out shipment insurance.

You may be entitled to a refund equal to the cost of the product only. We will take responsibility for shipping costs to return products to you. However, we reserve the right to charge you for any postage costs incurred for returns, should a refund or exchange be declined or if you’ve changed your mind

It is important to us that you are happy with your Leif order. Please examine your purchase carefully upon receipt. Other than for faulty items we do not accept exchanges or refunds. Should you consider an item flawed or damaged upon delivery please contact us immediately to discuss its return and replacement. You must notify us within three days of receipt of goods by email to be eligible. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Leif reserves the right to replace or refund at our discretion.


Once your request to return a product has been processed and accepted, you will be provided with email confirmation authorising the return.


For products purchased from a stockist (any clinic or salon), please contact the stockist directly and consult their store policies. All refunds and returns are required to be processed directly via the place of purchase.


Only full-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds on discounted items.


After assessing the condition of the returned products and if your refund is approved, we will send you an email confirming that your refund has been issued. Refunds will generally be processed within five (5) business days of our receipt of returned products.

All refunds will be issued via the same payment method used to purchase the products. There may be delays in the provision of the refund that may be caused by the issuing bank. Please contact us if you have not received your refund within seven (7) days of us notifying you that a refund has been issued.
